Intergenerational Scientific Interaction Symposium in Pharmacology Education
Our faculty member, Dr. Erkan MAYTALMAN attended the "31. Prof. Dr. Alaeddin Akcasu Intergenerational Scientific Interaction Symposium in Pharmacology Education (FEKBES)'' as a speaker.
Dr. Maytalman presented his study entitled ''Effects of Metamizole on Hematopoietic Progenitor Cells: Suppression of In vitro Hematopoiesis Stimulation'' in which they experimentally demonstrated, for the first time, the effects of metamizole, which is a widely used analgesic and antipyretic drug, on the proliferation and colony formation ability of mononuclear cells obtained from stem cell samples.
